Refund and Returns Policy

At PureForm Labs, we carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. Please review the following policy before completing your purchase.
Research Products
Due to product-integrity, safety and contamination concerns, all research compounds, peptide products, bacteriostatic water and similar laboratory products are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products after they have shipped.
All research products sold by PureForm Labs are intended exclusively for laboratory research and scientific investigation. They are not for human consumption or clinical use.
Dream Cream and Personal-Care Products
Dream Cream and other cosmetic or personal-care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and product-safety considerations.
Merchandise and Storage Cases
Unused storage cases, apparel and other non-research merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective or sent incorrectly.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging. After reviewing the information, PureForm Labs may provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Do not discard damaged products or packaging until we have completed our review.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been prepared or shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary by financial institution or payment service and may take 5–10 business days after approval.
Returns must be authorized before being mailed. Products sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return instructions and the appropriate mailing address will be provided after a return is approved.
